Jennifer Baugh grew up in Arkansas, where she developed a strong foundation rooted in faith, family, and hard work. She earned a degree in Marketing from the University of Arkansas, cultivating a lifelong appreciation for communication, thoughtful strategy, and relationship-centered service. These principles have shaped both her professional contributions and her approach to family life.

Alongside her husband, Chris, Jennifer has been deeply involved in building and supporting the family’s ventures over the years. She continues to play an active role in the family farms in Arkansas while now residing in Montana, where she supports the broader vision and values behind Wealth Wise West. Her steady involvement reflects a commitment to stewardship—of land, relationships, and the resources entrusted to the family.

Guided by her Christian faith, Jennifer believes meaningful work is grounded in service, integrity, and care for others. She brings these values into every role she holds, whether supporting business operations, nurturing community relationships, or investing in the next generation. Her faith informs her belief that true wealth is measured not only in assets, but in impact, trust, and legacy.

Above all, Jennifer is a devoted wife and mother who takes great pride in her family. Outside of her professional and philanthropic interests, she enjoys spending time with horses and gathering with friends over a game of mahjong. Now calling Montana home, Jennifer continues to be a grounding and gracious presence—quietly contributing to the mission of Wealth Wise West and the communities it serves.
