Meet Lauren Baugh

Project Manager/Social Media Manager

Lauren Baugh is the daughter of Chris and Jennifer Baugh and has grown up closely integrated into the family businesses they have built together. From an early age, shewas involved in many aspects of the business, gaining experience in operations and project management while developing a strong appreciation for diligence, service, and long-term stewardship. These early experiences shaped her desire to one day contribute meaningfully to the family legacy.

Originally from the Arkansas Delta, Lauren has lived in several regions across the United States, affording her the opportunity to learn from a variety of cultures and communities. She now lives full time in Montana, where she continues to grow both personally and professionally. Her upbringing and life experiences have helped shape her into someone who is kind, thoughtful, creative, and attentive—qualities she brings into every space she serves.

Lauren is currently pursuing a Business degree in Accounting at Montana State University and is on track to complete both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees by the age of twenty-two. Her academic focus supports her interest in operations and project management and provides a strong foundation for serving organizations with care, clarity, and integrity. Alongside her studies, she remains actively involved in the family businesses, continuing to learn through hands-on experience.

Guided by her Christian faith, Lauren values service, humility, and trust. She volunteers within her church community and believes faithful stewardship extends beyond finances to relationships and responsibility. Outside of school and work, Lauren enjoys working with horses, continuing her flight training, and enjoying all that Montana has to offer. As she looks ahead, she is committed to growing in her faith, developing her professional skills, and supporting the mission her family has built.
